Reboot

It’s been awhile. So much has been going on, and I haven’t been able to keep writing. John is busy with school and I’m busy with school. I wish I could have a nice enjoyable fall season (my favorite!) but, alas, it was not meant to be. Since I last wrote here, we got in a scooter accident, moved apartments, welcomed my sister Amanda back home from her mission, and welcomed John’s parents back home from their mission. Phew!

Here are a few photos before we moved:

We had a group of bats living in our old place right underneath our window. This was our first bat intruder. Eventually we had three bats total that came in through our front window! In case anybody cares, they were Mexican Free-tailed Bats.

Here’s one of our last garden harvests. It was extremely hard to leave the garden.

Here is our new place. We took these before we moved in.

So glad you’re back! You have so much to catch up on! Nice garden picture. I am glad to know the bats were Mexican bats. I hope they had Spanish sonar!
