Bread making

I have discovered that I love baking bread. I love the time that it takes and it feels like watching magic take place. I think I’ve stumbled on a bread recipe that I consider a keeper. It’s a basic white bread recipe. I haven’t found the perfect one yet for wheat bread. Whenever I substitute wheat for white flour, it never turns out the same. I’m still on the look out so let me know if you find one!

    I never heard of autolyse! The bread turned out so beautiful that it almost killed me that I couldn’t reach out and cut a slice and eat it with butter and honey!
